As a coach since 2007, I've helped hundreds of women rediscover their authentic selves through my programmes.   My unique blend of experience as a Coach plus my passion for the wild outdoors with hiking, and wild swimming ensures a retreat that's both a safe transformational space, and an exhilarating adventure.
