My unique blend of experience as a Coach plus my passion for the wild outdoors with hiking, and wild swimming ensures a retreat that's both a safe transformational space, and an exhilarating adventure.  

As a trained hill adventure guide, qualified Outdoor First Aider, and certified Outdoor Life Saver, your transformation couldn't be in safer hands.
